This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", "User Agreement") describes the rules and conditions under which the services of the "Demo.Lara" service are provided.The parties to this agreement are Demo.Lara (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and any individual using the services of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). Before using the services of the Service, the User must read and accept all the terms of this agreement. Otherwise, the User cannot use the services of the Service.This agreement is publicly available on the Internet on the Demo.Lara page and can be changed by the Service Management unilaterally without additional notice to the User.
2. Terms and Definitions
The Demo.Lara Service is a system for providing Internet services for the exchange of electronic assets and electronic money.Service website - Demo.LaraUser - any individual who uses the services of the Demo.Lara service and accepts the terms of the Agreement.Payment system - a software product created by a third party, which is a mechanism for implementing the accounting of monetary and/or other obligations, payment for goods and services on the Internet, as well as the organization of settlements between its users.Electronic assets - monetary and/or other obligations between the developer of this currency and its user, expressed in digital form.Payment/transaction - transfer of electronic and/or other currency from the payer to the recipient.Application - an expression of the User's intention to use one of the services offered by the Demo.Lara Service, by filling out an electronic form through the Service's website, under the conditions described in the Agreement and specified in the parameters of this Application.Source currency - an electronic asset that the User wishes to sell or exchange.Source account - wallet number or any other designation of the User's account in the Payment system from which the Source currency was sent.Resulting currency - an electronic asset that the User receives as a result of the sale or exchange of the Source currency.Resulting account - wallet number or any other designation of the User's account in the Payment system to which the Resulting currency will be sent.Currency reserve - the volume of a certain Electronic asset available to the Demo.Lara Service at the time of creating the ApplicationCurrency exchange - exchange of electronic currency of one payment system for electronic currency of another payment system.Rate - the value ratio of two electronic assets during their exchange.
3. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the provision to the User by the Demo.Lara Service of the service of exchanging digital and electronic currencies.
4. Services and the method of their provision
4.1. The User orders the Service by sending an Application via the Service website.4.2. The User manages the process of exchanging digital and electronic currencies or receives information about the progress of the transaction using the corresponding user interface located on the Service website.4.3. The Demo.Lara Service executes Applications in accordance with the terms of operation of the relevant payment systems.4.4. The Demo.Lara Service is not a party to the agreement between the Payment System and the Client of the payment system and is not responsible for the actions of another Payment System. The rights and obligations of the Payment System and its Clients are governed by the terms of service of the relevant Payment Systems.4.5. The Service does not require verification that the sender and recipient of funds participating in the Transaction are the same person, the Demo.Lara Service is not a party to the relationship between the sender and recipient of digital or electronic currencies4.6. By using the Services of the Service, the User confirms that he/she legally owns and disposes of the funds and digital currency participating in the relevant Transaction.4.7. The User undertakes to independently calculate and pay all taxes required by tax legislation at the User's location.
5. Cost of Services
5.1. The cost of the Services of the Service is established by the management of the Service and published on the website of the Service.5.2. The Service has the right to independently change the exchange rates of electronic currencies and the commissions charged at any time unilaterally, about which it notifies the Users of the Service by posting information about these changes on the website of the Service in advance.5.3. The Application created by the User on the service website specifies the Rate, the amount of the commission charged by the relevant Payment System for conducting the Operation, as well as the total amount of transferred and received funds or electronic currency.
6. Rules for using the Account on the Demo.Lara website
6.1. By registering on the website, you agree to the transfer of reliable data about yourself to Demo.Lara in accordance with the registration procedure on the Website.6.2. We may conduct additional checks of your information and request from you any necessary documentation and data related to the exchange (passport, photo of the card, video verification of the User, receipt of sending funds and other necessary data) for any reason related to your use of the services and / or as supporting evidence for any information that you provide.6.3. The administration of the Demo.Lara service may at any time and at its sole discretion deny you the opportunity to open an Account, limit the Account or suspend any transaction until the end of consideration of any information provided by you.6.4. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities and transactions posted on it.6.5. You agree that you will not use the Services to engage in any criminal activity, including money laundering, illegal gambling, terrorist financing. In addition, you warrant that you will not use methods to conceal the location from which you access the Site and that you will inform the Service, upon its request, of your exact and true location. If the Service, in its sole discretion, determines that activity on your Account is suspicious or related to any prohibited activity or illegal transaction, the Company may suspend your Account, block any outstanding transactions, and reject any subsequent transactions.
7. Electronic currency exchange
7.1. By submitting an Application, the User instructs, and the Demo.Lara Service, on its own behalf and at the User's expense, performs actions to exchange the Electronic Currency of one Payment System (Initial Currency) for the Electronic Currency of another Payment System (Resulting Currency) selected by the User.7.2. The User undertakes to transfer (transfer) the Initial Currency in the amount specified in the Application, and the Demo.Lara Service, after receiving the corresponding Electronic Currency, undertakes to transfer (transfer) to the User the Resulting Currency calculated at the Rate and in accordance with the service tariffs.7.3 Within the time allotted by the regulations (depending on the exchange direction) from the moment of receiving funds from the User, in the amount specified in the relevant Application, the Service is obliged to transfer (transfer) the Received electronic or fiat currency to the details and in the amount specified by the User in the Application, unless force majeure circumstances prevent this.7.4. The Application should be paid exclusively through the payment form on our website (merchant), which is available after clicking the "Pay" button.7.5. The obligation of the Demo.Lara Service to transfer (transfer) Electronic Currency to the User is considered fulfilled at the moment of writing off the Electronic Currency in the relevant Payment System from the Demo.Lara Service account, which is recorded in the transaction history of the relevant Payment System.7.6. The Demo.Lara service has the right to cancel the Application created by the User if the funds in the amount of the Source currency have not been credited to the service account within 30-90 minutes.7.7 The rate is not fixed when creating an application. If the rate changes by 0.01% before the funds are credited, the machine automatically recalculates the rate at the time of crediting the deposit to the partner exchange, according to the last confirmation of the network. The application is deleted automatically after 30-90 minutes if the deposit has not been received, and also upon receipt of payment, the application will be restored automatically, in this case the payment amount for the application will be recalculated at the rate at the time of receipt of payment.7.8. The regulations for crediting funds to Visa, MasterCard cards range from a few seconds to 5 business days. Basically, 99% of transfers are credited instantly.7.9. If the User's Electronic Asset account address has not passed the security check (AML), then in order to receive the Resulting Currency or return (according to clause 10) the Electronic Asset, the User is obliged to undergo verification (send data to the mail [email protected]), which will clearly show the User's face, passport, and information on the application. Also, if the User's wallet has risks related to "High" (Dark Market, Dark Service, Illegal Service), it is necessary to add information about the origin of the funds to the verification: how did the User get these funds? (Transferred from another platform (path, hash and details), bought on the platform (orders), bought by agreement (correspondence, proof of payment and crediting of the purchased), etc.).7.10. The Demo.Lara Service has the right to suspend the transaction and withhold the User's funds in order to prevent fraudulent and other actions that may cause financial and reputational losses to the Service or the User.7.11. The Demo.Lara Service has the right to set quantitative limits on Transactions. Information about the limits is indicated on the Service's website. If the User violates the "minimum-maximum" transaction limits when paying for the application, the Service is not liable for the User's losses caused by this error.7.12. If the User transferred the Electronic Asset in a network different from the one specified by him in the Application, then the received Resulting Currency or refund (according to clause 10) of the Electronic Asset will be transferred to the User minus 25 USD and the network commission.7.13. The Service does not support transactions with smart contracts. The Service shall not be liable for the Client's financial losses that may be caused by a transaction with a smart contract initiated by the Client.
8. Entry into force of the Agreement
8.1. This Agreement shall be deemed to be concluded on the terms of a public offer accepted by the User during the submission of the Application.8.2. A public offer shall be any information displayed by the Demo.Lara Service on the service's website, including that displayed during the Application process.8.3. Acceptance of a public offer shall be deemed to be the User's actions to complete the Application, confirming his/her intention to use the services of the Demo.Lara Service under the conditions described in this Agreement and specified in the Application.8.4. The date and time of acceptance, as well as the parameters of the Application conditions, shall be recorded by the Demo.Lara Service automatically at the time of completion of the Application.8.5. The Agreement shall enter into force upon completion of the Application by the User. The User has the right to refuse to perform a transaction on the Application before paying for the Transaction.
9. Liability of the Parties
9.1. The Demo.Lara Service shall bear financial liability to the User in the amount of funds or electronic assets entrusted by the User to implement the Application.9.2. The Demo.Lara Service shall not be liable for malfunctions, errors, and failures in the operation of software and/or hardware that ensure the functioning of the Demo.Lara Service services that arose for reasons beyond the control of the Demo.Lara Service, as well as the User's losses associated therewith.9.3. The Service provides services for the exchange, purchase, and sale of electronic assets or electronic money. The Demo.Lara Service does not provide fundraising services, does not provide payment for goods or services of other suppliers.9.4. The Demo.Lara Service shall not be liable for the User's losses that arose as a result of illegal actions of third parties.9.5. The Demo.Lara Service shall not be liable for any delayed or unrealized Applications caused by an error in another Payment System or bank specified by the user in the completed Application.9.6. The User shall bear full responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the information specified by him/her when filling out the Application. If the User has not specified or has specified the data incorrectly, the Demo.Lara Service shall not be liable for the User's losses incurred as a result of the error.9.7. Information on the Operation is stored in the service database and is the primary source that the Parties to the Agreement rely on in disputes.9.8. The Parties shall be released from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement, if such failure was a consequence of force majeure circumstances that arose after the Agreement entered into force, as a result of extraordinary events that could not have been foreseen and prevented by reasonable measures.
10. Refunds
10.1. The Service undertakes to return Electronic Assets that were sent by the User to the Service accounts only if the Exchange did not take place, i.e. the User did not receive Assets from the Service to their account, except for the situations specified in paragraph 7.10 - failure to pass the AML check).10.2. The refund is made for the amount of the Electronic Asset sent by the User to the Service accounts, minus the commission within the payment system network and the difference in the coin / usdt exchange rate.10.3. The Service's actions regarding the refund begin only after the User contacts the Service support service. This means that without the User's contact, the Service does not act regarding the refund
11. Other Provisions
11.1. The Demo.Lara Service has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreements by publishing the amendments on the System Website. The amendments shall come into force from the moment of publication, unless another effective date for the amendments is specified additionally upon their publication.11.2. The Demo.Lara Service has the right to refuse the User's request without explaining the reasons for the refusal.11.3. In the event of suspicious actions during the User's request, the Service has the right to suspend such operations until the reasons for these actions are clarified in order to avoid damage from hacker attacks.11.4. The Demo.Lara Service has the right to send the User information about the status of the exchange process to the specified e-mail, since this is an integral part of the process of successful completion of the exchange.11.5. The Service may suspend the use of the site for technical maintenance. That is, the User assumes the risks associated with the fact that he/she cannot always use the services and the Demo.Lara website or perform urgent transactions using your account.
