Replacing details
You can change the details of the application only via the e-mail specified by you when creating the Application! This is a necessary measure so that we can identify you as the creator of the Application. The letter must be sent to [email protected] from the e-mail specified by you when creating the Application. The letter must consist of: Subject - your Application numberText - new details (or details for return)After we receive your letter, the operator will manually make a payment (or Refund) for the Application. If you specified an e-mail that only allows you to view incoming (and cannot send), you must contact the technical support chat for customers, after which a text-symbol code will be sent to your e-mail, which you will duplicate in the chat to the operator. If you have specified an incorrect/erroneous/disposable e-mail, changing the details is only possible via video confirmation of the transaction (link to Google Drive). Video requirements: The video must be shot from the platform you used.In the video, we need to see you opening the transaction history and studying its details. This information is necessary to confirm that this deposit was made by you. The sender's address, hash, ticker, amount and date of the transaction must be clearly visible.The video must be of good quality, clear and at least 10 seconds long.When shooting a video, you must refresh the page.The video must be uploaded to Google Drive, the file must be openly accessible.
